About Ryan Hollinrake
Ryan Hollinrake founded Magee Management after nearly twenty years leading organizations, building strategic partnerships, producing events, and securing millions of dollars in funding for initiatives that created lasting community impact.
His journey into Muay Thai began later in life alongside his son and quickly became much more than a sport. It became a community built on respect, resilience, and shared purpose.
Recognizing the tremendous growth of combat sports—and the significant business opportunities still waiting to be realized—Ryan founded Magee Management to bring together his expertise in business development, sponsorship, marketing, and organizational leadership with a genuine passion for helping the sport reach its full potential.
Today, Ryan works with athletes, brands, destinations, and organizations to create partnerships and experiences that generate lasting value both inside and outside the ring.
